You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unlike many other apparel providers, we believe in the quality of our work enough to offer returns even on customized items.
Customized Apparel: Items featuring custom names, numbers, or team logos are eligible for return if they do not meet your expectations or arrive with defects.
Used/Worn Items: We understand that sometimes you don’t know a jersey feels “off” until you’ve moved in it. Items not in new condition (lightly worn or washed) are still eligible for return or exchange within the 30-day window.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or failures in materials and workmanship for a full 24 months from the date of purchase. This includes:
Outsole Delamination: If the rubber sole starts to peel away from the midsole.
Stitching & Bonding: Failure of seams or adhesives under normal playing conditions.
Hardware Failure: Broken eyelets, lace loops, or structural supports.
Material Integrity: Premature cracking or tearing of the upper materials (leather, synthetic, or knit).
We know athletes play hard. Unlike other brands, we don’t void your warranty just because you used the shoes. If a shoe fails prematurely due to a build issue—even if they are scuffed, muddy, or well-worn—we’ve got your back.
While our shoes are tough, they aren’t invincible. This warranty does not cover:
Natural Wear and Tear: The natural thinning of tread/traction over 2 years of heavy use.
Environmental Damage: Damage from improper storage (e.g., leaving shoes in a hot car) or exposure to corrosive chemicals.
Third-Party Alterations: Custom orthotics are fine, but structural modifications to the shoe will void the warranty.
Improper Use: Using an indoor court shoe for outdoor asphalt sports, or vice versa.
